Rally Classes:
What is Rally?
Rally was created in the year 2000 and became an AKC event in the year 2005. Within the first eight months, over 8,ooo dogs had entered an AKC Rally event and began the road towards a Rally title. Why all the fuss? Perhaps it is because Rally encouarges owners to talk to their dogs, uses multiple signals and is just fun.
Each dog and handler team will complete a course of designated signs that have been set up by a Rally judge. Scoring is not as rigid as competitive obedience. This class is great for those who would like to earn titles, enjoy working with their dogs and socializing with others that share the same interest.
Requirements:
Rally requires that the dog know basic training (sit, down, come, stay, lose leash walking) and be up to date on all vaccinations.
